Roy Prevost gave an uplifting and inspirational motivational speech to the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce function, attendance approximately 140, guiding the audience through the understanding of improving customer service skills with personal anecdotes and intelligence, leaving an indelible impression of passion for his message. The Chamber office received much positive feedback by email and phone the next day, as well as following his speech in the evening, and we were delighted that Roy could fit us into his already hectic, in-demand schedule. Roy’s personality, high level of professionalism and no-nonsense style makes him a winner.
